First we will do a phone or live success session. This will allow us to discus goals, limitations, the types of programs I offer, etc. Then we will have a free evaluation/training session for the student to get a chance to experience the process and for me the trainer, to see where the students starting point would be in order to reccomend the right program tailed to their needs and goals.

Pricing for small group personal training classes are $169 per month.
Individual Personal Training ranges from $40-$65 per session dependng on location, length of agreement, etc.

Look for a trainer with experience in helping overweight people. Preferably one that would undertand you struggles because they have battled those same demons themselves in their life as well. Find someone that is passionate about helping people...
Be honest, with yourself and your trainer. Understand that this is going to be hard work and a lifestyle change that doesn't end with you losing weight but will be just as important to help you to maintain it...
