my passion for teaching students goes back 30 years. I love passing my knowledge and expertise on to students of all ages and levels so they may enjoy music as part of their lives. I strive to help students achieve any level they desire whether it be playing for the joy of music or auditioning for a major symphony as well as all aspirations in between.

I have worked with students ranging from age 7- 54 years old. Every student has a goal and I Have a passion in helping them achieve any level they are seeking.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of each time I play for any event, concert.... my passion is to touch people with my music at any venue or place. If I can bring music into people's life's and spark a feeling or emotion that adds atmosphere to their day I have accomplished what I set out to do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire a teacher that is passionate about music and teaching. Also study with a teacher that actively performs themselves as there is great value in helping you to apply skills learned to your performances and auditions. There should also be a comfortable repore between student and teacher so they may work as a team.
