What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My typical process is to get to know my student's physical condition, technical knowledge and experience up to now. Based on goals, age and previous experience, I create a personalized training plan.

My goal is to create a comprehensive plan to include all aspects of the game: physical, mental, technical and tactical.

Next to physical and technical training, I give great emphasys to tactical positioning and strategy, which differs for each position.
