I have been a basketball coach and trainer for over 30 years . I have been a AAU Basketball coach for the past 11 years . I run various skills and drills and use different training and resistance training equipment to get the most out of the athletes I train to help the athletes reach there goals and full potential in the sport of basketball . When I am training someone I am fully committed to training the athletes all the way thru . I never rush the athletes along until they know the skill set right .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student to see what there strength and weaknesses are in basketball for the best way I can assist them as there coach so they can reach there goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly training by watching other coaches coach since I was young and watching coaching videos and reading training books and attending coaching clinics so I can be the best coach I can be .

How did you get started teaching?
I started to teach kids in my neighborhood while I played in high school and I just got to be second nature to me .
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all type of grade levels from kindergarten thru high school and all type of skill set .

I think I am fond of all the players and teams I coached throughout my coaching career
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just to make sure you find the right coach who will coach what your needs are and not just to be a coach .
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Will this coach take them to where they want to be as a player in all aspects of the sport of basketball .
