What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Explain how to make a drawing by observation and the importance of light and shadow. This is the primordial so that in the future, the student, can learn painting without mistakes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional artist with university degree Bs, in painting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Classes will always be in my art studio. I offer easel and stand. Student must bring a sketchbook (18 "x 24"), pencil # 2, B, 3B and 6B.
The classes will be by observation of composition. The minimum class time will be 2 hours, not less than that. The price is $ 20.00 per class.
I will teach all the drawing and painting program learned at the University.
There is no time limit for the course. The classes will be individual. Internal in my studio and external (urban landscape).
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching when I was still a student at the Fine Arts school. I was invited by the teacher to be a class munitor. I helped my classmates when the teacher was away.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with many differents ages. 8 years old to adult.

A mural project that I did for a residency.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
For the student to become a good artist, discipline is necessary, a clean mind and a good observer.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
All students have numerous needs. And the teacher always has a little therapist. The teacher can feel the needs of the student through the drawing of the student.
