I take pride in the small details. I first ask what a player wants to work on and pen point the weakness in that skill and put together a plan for that player. By this I'm very engaged and take pride in seeing that every player has fun, develops confidence, and gets better.
I enjoy players getting better and developing confidence in themselves.
