I started teaching Basketball and Coaching in 1995 at a Park District.
I worked student at age 5 to 18 years old. At all school levels and Physical abilities.
One the of events I am fond of are our monthly Basketball Clinics and teaching young students at age 5 who never touched a basketball before and teach them just how to hold a basketball or dribble the ball and watch the kids smile.
Ask the Trainer what is their strengths and what do they think is the most important part of a basketball game.
What are your weakness on the Court and how he or she can help you?
