Do you want to learn how to shoot? Practical Tactical Plus LLC is a state-of-the-art local shooting range in La Grange, Missouri. Our tactical gun range includes an automated system with 20 pre-programmed scenarios-10 for rifles and 10 for pistols. You'll feel safe and comfortable within our ballistic rubber-lined walls. These walls help to reduce noise. Maybe you're ready to expand your knowledge. We offer gun training classes for all ages and skill levels, as well as a gun safety course.
If you want to learn how to use a rifle or pistol, Practical Tactical Plus is the place for you. Our property includes an in-house gun shop where you can buy or rent firearms. Plus, we offer multiple classes for beginners. No matter what your shooting goals are, we'll help you achieve them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began instructing martial arts while in high school in the mid to late 90's. In 1997 I won the Las Vegas National Taekwondo tournament. I became a US Marine in 1998. I have 12 years combined service between the United States Marine Corps and the US Army. I began instructing firearms safety and usage in the Marine Corps in 1999. I also instructed hand-to-hand combat, knife fighting and close quarters combat. In the Army I was recruited to be on the Special Response Team for Military Police. I continued to instruct in my areas of experience while in the Army, and fought in the Toughest Soldier Competition in Fort Benning, Georgia. I deployed twice to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom during my years of service with the military. I have spent a total of 13 years, so far, in law enforcement. I have served in various roles from normal patrol, to narcotics investigations and tactical operations, to administrative roles. In 2020 I left full-time policing to pursue my dream in making a career as a firearms instructor. I am a certified Chief Range Safety Officer and Pistol Instructor through the NRA. I'm also a certified Missouri Concealed Carry Instructor, and a certified Missouri law enforcement firearms instructor.
