What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is going to help understand what you need to be successful. Look for a coach who can evaluate you and your needs and work with you to create an individualized plan that is going to help you be successful; not a one-size fits all approach.

What are my current strengths and areas of improvement when it comes to hitting, fielding and/or pitching?
