About
The Community Music Program (CMP) at Northeastern Illinois University offers weekly private lessons in piano, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, guitar (all styles) and percussion. The CMP instructors include Junior Faculty (NEIU undergraduate and graduate students), Senior Faculty (professionals) and Artist Faculty (NEIU full-time faculty artists or special guest artists). Lessons are offered in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments and students sign up for the entire session offered. (Lessons with Artist Faculty may also be taken on a one by one basis.) Group lessons are available for some instruments. Please call us if you do not see an offering that meets your needs.

We ask new students to fill out a new student information form so we can assess their needs and match them with the right teacher.

SENIOR FACULTY:
