Hello All,
I would like to extend some of my expertise for students looking to excel in the game of Basketball. As a former college player from multiple universities and multiple divisions, I hope to send the elavator back down to those who'd like to excel as a player.
My Qualifications:
2010 IHSA All-Conference
2011 IHSA All-Conference
2011 IHSA All-Area
2011 IHSA 4th Team All-State
Full Ride Athletic Scholarship to Alabama State University
Full Ride Atlhletic Scholarship to Briar Cliff University
University of Wisconsin-Stout
Illinois Tech MVP of 2014 Season (22.2 PPG)
Most points scored as a Freshman in University History- IIT
Most Three Point Field Goals Made in Season in University History (60) - IIT
I enjoy watching students develop into the player they strive to be. Along with that, through work ethic and disipline, they develop into the adult they strive to be as well.

My typical process for working with a new student is:
- Evaluate current situation (age, position, team, goals)
- Define Strengths and Weaknesses
- Put work in to turn those weaknesses into strengths
The training i've had to relate to this type of individual work is that I've, personally, been indivually trained for 10 years during my basketball career. Some of my Trainers are:
Derek M. - Former St. Joes All Star, Loyola University Captain
Mark R. - Legendary Coach for Dupage Basketball AAU. Has sent players to Division 1 colleges all over U.S.
Jim C. - Former NBA athlete, Head Coach of Judson College
Ed F. - Legendary Youngs Kids Trainer
Along with this, I have run Summer Camps for Immaculate Conception College Prep and done individual training for young athletes as well.
$40/ hour
When I retired from the game, i wanted to still be involved and send the elavator back down. I love to help students achieve their goals.
Ages 9-20
My advice for a student looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise is to confirm the teacher is qualified, and has a love for the game - not a paycheck.
Define your weaknesses, and be ready to work!
