Eastern Fire Belly Dance is a FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio emphasizing American Tribal StyleTM belly dance.
We are located in a dance studio in Naperville, near Naper Blvd. and Ogden Ave.
The class schedule caters to all levels of belly dance from absolute beginners to more advanced belly dancers.
I love the sisterhood that American Tribal Style® creates. I have met many wonderful people through belly dance.
Belly dance has a supportive and inclusive community inherent to it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students brand new to belly dance start with the intro class and then move immediately to one of the Level 1 classes. They stay in Level 1 until they feel they are comfortable enough to move to Level 2.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have belly danced for 15 years, studying and performing all three styles of belly dance in the U.S: cabaret/modern Egyptian, tribal fusion and American Tribal Style®.
I hold General Skills and Teacher Training certificates from FatChanceBellyDance® of San Francisco, the mothership of American Tribal Style®. I have been a registered Sister Studio since 2015.
I studied with Carolena Nericcio, creator of ATS® and hold a Technique for Teachers® certification for 2017.
I also hold Level 1 and 2 certifications from Sahra Saeed's program, Journey to Egypt.
Previous to belly dance I was an ACE-certified fitness instructor, personal trainer and yoga teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
My students represent the full spectrum of females. They are of various ages, various body types, various dance backgrounds and various cultures.
