I have over 14 years experience in photography and am member of the Indianapolis Professional Photographers Guild.
I am very strong in the technical side of digital photography. I understand what the camera settings achieve in relation to the exposure triangle and am very good about getting this across to students. I often have students that took "many" other workshops/classes but I cover topics that somebody breezed over and they didn't quite grasp.
Focus On Studio is an instructional and rental studio. Through the studio, I support the industry by offering networking events, classes, workshops and offering a great studio for photographers to use.

In my work I prefer shooting headshots, products and commercial properties. I have completed many hundreds of shoots for national corporations. You have probably seen my imagery many times on websites and billboards as you travel around Indiana.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We work with students with no experience in our Intro to DSLR classes. We continue that with studio lighting and speedlight classes. We also offer workshops to beginning and experienced photographers that want to learn new techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many photography classes myself and years of on the job experience. I also work with a classically trained photographer with over 30 years experience to handle the more complex classes.

The Introduction to DSLR class is around $125 for a four week period. Many of our 1 day classes such as studio lighting are under $100 unless they are a special topic.
