Courtney Bovey Yoga

Hi! My name is Courtney. I am a health nut, amateur vegan chef, and dog mom. Texas-born and raised, I started my Yoga practice over 13 years ago, and it immediately changed my life. Since becoming a registered yoga teacher in 2018, I have been guiding students on a journey through the beauty of yoga and creative flows with an incredible playlist. In 2019, I became a certified Barre Instructor and I love merging the two for a challenging total body workout. I bring a fun-loving, easy-going experience to all of my classes. When I am not on my mat, you can find me whipping up some delicious healthy foods, drinking a good cup of coffee, or an incredible bottle of wine. I love spending time with my husband of 23 years and playing with our Rottweiler.
