We've turned heads all around our district with our understanding of how to win. Teaching what it takes to be the best and most valued you is our agenda for every person who's desire is to grow and succeed at being the best fit for any team. We've turned bench players into needed starters at their positions. We train beginners as well as seasoned players. Your attitude determines your altitude. We've turned teams around from last place to first place in less than two years. The list goes on. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting a preview of their expected goals. Setting them up with trained individuals who have experience in the game from 7years- 20years old. Increasing their value by not only perfecting their skill in their primary position, but adding one more and possibly a third position to add to their experience and value.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the field play and training. Working with males and females alike. We are each certified and licenced umpires, so we are knowledgable of the rules. Knowing what is acceptable on and off the field is very important for executing great communication with other players, officials and other teams etc...
