Richard Jordan
My training program focuses on footwork, balance and speed for all sports to create spaces and be in the right position. I understand the importance of building and maintaining a good core, and strive to help my clients be the best athletes they can be. As a decorated athlete myself and youth sports coach, I know what it takes to be successful on the field, the track, and on the court.
