I have 17 years experience as a high school baseball coach, 6 as a head coach as well as 3 years as a scout for the Cincinnati Reds. I have coached athletes of all levels and abilities. I do my best to communicate in the most effective way possible for the athlete I am training. I have experience with hitting technology like Blast Motion and will employ that during my training.
i have coached some very high level athletes; one plays in the NBA, several have been drafted by teams in MLB. I have also coached kids that are just getting started. No matter what level the athlete is, they all have the same look on their face when they feel a sense of pride in an accomplishment and it's that look that makes me love what I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know them, find out some goals of the athlete and the parent. Video their swings and get some baseline measurements. Create a plan of attack to accomplish their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 yrs as High School Baseball Coach focusing on Hitting/Defense including 6 as a Head Coach where I had 30+ players move on to college. 4 players selected in the MLB Draft including a 2019 2nd Rd Pick.
