We teach the fundamental skills and functional training that it takes to become a good basketball player. Players can choose from the individual workout, small group, or class setting.
For youth coaches we also train AAU and youth teams. After meeting with our staff we will develop a plan to train your athletes on drills that will help your system and your players become better athletes.
We love seeing players start to gain confidence in their abilities and achieve goals they've desired but didn't know how to obtain. Their success is our ultimate goal.

The intitial workout will consist of some simple functional training exercises and basketball drills to get a good idea of what the players strengths and weaknesses are. From there we will start to progress to drills to help the player become a better all around athlete and player.
I've coached basketball for the past 20 years including the last 7 as a collegiate head coach. During that time I have trained 1000's of youth players in individual, small group, and camp settings.
We have a pricing range that should allow each player to get the training they desire. For individual workouts, the price varies depending on the age and skill level of the player. We also have classes from 4-6 each day for players that would like to put in time improving each day.
