What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will do a skill assessment for individual workouts and determine which types of drills and concept will best benefiet the player.

I am a certified trainer thru IM Possible Training, Coaching and having played college basketball.

I got into training from coaching.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had kid come to me in august saying I really want to make my 8th grade team. I worked with him for two months focusing on the types of skills to better him as a player. He ended making his eight grade team.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a person that will breakdown teaching drills so that the student will understand and get concept. Once understood to be able to push the student to new limits and don’t let them go thru the motion.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
To be able to come up with a list of three things they are good at and three things that they need to work on. Second develop a short term goal and a long term goal.
