The Leader Breeder Academy

I have loved and played the game of basketball for as long as I could walk. I played Varsity basketball for 3 of my 4 high school years. I also played college basketball at a NAIA college in Illinois. I am the program director of a basketball organization where we currently have 4 teams. We have a 3rd grade girls team. We also have 6th, 8th and Freshman boys. I am a middle school teacher and I am also the 8th grade boys coach at the school where I teach. I have been officiating basketball for the last 8 1/2 years. I officiate high school, college, and simi pro! My strongest skill as a trainer is teaching ball handling. I like for my trainees to have a great understanding of ambidexterity, court vision, compound moves, and footwork. I like to focus on making sure that whatever we train on, translates over to actual game time situations. I always like to use my officiating skills and rule knowledge in my training so that the players can see and understand the game from a different lens.
