I’ve been playing bass for 40 years. I have a performance degree from Berklee.
I teach all styles, focusing on technique, reading, songs, and improvisation. I've taught people who are brand new to the bass and people who play for a living. My goal is for you to become a good player, whether you are playing for fun or doing paid gigs. The best way to learn the bass is to imitate the great players and to learn the techniques and approaches they use to make music. I will show you how everything we are working on relates to good music (all styles).
