What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk with them and make sure I am able to accommodate their needs. I make sure I provide each person base on the way they choose to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Clark State Community College and obtained certification in phlebotomy. Took a CPR class and fell in love with teaching people. I've been the medical field many years and have trained a lot how to take good care of patients and found that I liked teaching. I then became a CPR instructor and as phlebotomy is my job full time I figured I would learn how to teach my craft so began the process of becoming a phlebotomy instructor.
