WhiteRiver Pottery
About
I studied ceramics/pottery at Tulane University in New Orleans in the late '80's. I also studied fine art at Herron School of Art, Indianapolis Art League, and Indiana University.
I have a full equipped pottery studio in my home with its own private entrance, and great lighting. I have 3 kilns: 2 electric ( one large, 1 smaller) and a gas Olympic large outdoor raku kiln that I am currently renovating.
I have a professional Pacifica potter's wheel, and all necessary hand forming tools.
I make my own glazes, and currently have an inventory of over 70 chemicals, colorants, and oxides.
I love to teach and talk all things pottery, and am anxious to share all my resources!
I am open to collaborating and sharing with all levels from beginners to any advanced potters who would like to use the kilns to fire their work.
