Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Starting with initial contact I schedule a call or physical meeting to conduct the initial consultation. Throughout this meeting I start by getting to know my clients to create good relationships. We will then fill out the necessary paperwork (health history form, Par-Q) in order to be sure clients are able to participate. I will then conduct a fitness assessment, which will allow me to devise a program.
