Hello my name is Jamal James. I have a degree in sports medicine and currently the head athletic trainer at Park University. I have experience training with various professional teams in the Arena Football League , NBA, NBA developmental league, and travel with the Harlem Globetrotters. I have experience in strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and sport specific training. I definitely fell I could help you reach your goals.
