What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically when we have a new student we devote our first sessions together to do an evolution and determine the goals of the athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the game of baseball my entire life. I played two years at Johnson County Community College and then finished my career at Drury University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our normal pricing system is $40 for a half hour lesson and $75 for an hour lesson. We do have savings options with a membership or packages.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching when I got in college to make some extra money and teaching baseball has always come natural to me.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and abilities.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I encourage finding someone that has had success playing baseball themeself but also has the ability to teach and motivate players.
