I am a FiTour Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. With 7 years of experience working with youth, high school, and professional athletes.
I am a 21 year football coaching veteran with youth, semi pro, and professional arena football experience with experience in all positions.
I played baseball at LeavenworthHigh School and Hesston College and I have 10 years of private baseball instruction experience.
I currently work as an assistant middle school football coach and an assistant softball coach at the high school level.
I keep workouts fresh and I avoid the same stagnant workouts and routines. I my workouts are challenging but I implement fun activities within my workout plans to maintain interest.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
- Initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals
-I design a custom plan to fit your needs
-I conduct and record baseline tests (if necessary)
-Workout weekly according to the custom plan
-I conduct progression test every 2-3 weeks to monitor progress and adjust your plan

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard rate of $45 per hour.
Additional cost may be included for travel (depending on preferred training location) and/or if a facility needs to be rented (very rare occurrences)
How did you get started teaching?
From a very young age I have had an interest in coaching, teaching, and mentoring.
My first coaching I received was an assistant coach for a Special Olympic track team at the age of 13.
From there I have held a variety of coaching positions in several sports with my highest position being the Head Coach of a professional arena football team. I have coached football, baseball, softball, sprinting, and wrestling. I have also served as the strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility coach for a variety of teams.
Not only do I enjoy seeing the results on the field but helping people reach their fitness and athletic goals!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of people from youth to professional athletes as will as members of our military and their families.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My son recently graduating from high school and receiving a scholarship to wrestle in college.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look at experience, education, philosophy and his/her ability to work well and have the best experience as possible.
