I’m Zach Shrader and I’m a 20 year old student at Wichita State University. I’ve been coaching elementary-high school basketball since I was 18. I have competitive club experience, rec experience, and high school basketball coaching experience. I am also a manager for the WSU men’s basketball team. I love working with young players on skills I wish I had learned when I was younger. I also believe in teaching basketball IQ as well as physical basketball skills. I take coaching seriously while also making it enjoyable for the athlete. I of course take age and skill level into consideration as there is no specific set of drills or moves a player can do to reach the max potential. I will also listen to the athlete and help then with that they want to work on and learn, not simply what I believe they should do.
