What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Warm up. Throwing while gradually moving backwards
loosen up legs with some jogging and other exercises
watch them revive and block balls to see where they are and how we can support them and build a stronger foundation to amplify growth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in and around baseball for 30 years and catching has been a major part of that time.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a builder. Not a coach, leader, expert, or any other descriptive word. Find someone who is committed to building you as not just a ball player, but into a better person. That's when growth happens.
