Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
90.10 offers all new clients an hour long, group trial session for $45.00!
This enables athletes to give our program a try before they commit to a full package! Trial sessions allow our head trainer, Peter, the opportunity to evaluate the athlete's skill set to find a group that is appropriate for him/her based on their individual needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head trainer, Peter, is originally from Ukraine. He played on Ukraine's national basketball team where he was recruited by a scout for the Minnesota Timberwolves. This provided an avenue for him to come to the United States to play at Westlake Prep in Florida. During his time in prep school, he was recruited by several high major NCAA-D1 programs. However, two microfracture surgeries on his knees effectively ended his playing career. In college, he became a student-coach at Ottawa University and this overall experience enables him to train players to their individual needs and skill sets, building a solid foundation specific to each player.
What types of students have you worked with?
90.10 works with ALL LEVELS of athletes, from beginners to professionals!
