I played 4 minor league seasons with the Cleveland Indians and was touted as one their top outfield prospects, hitting .293 for his career.1978 Midwest League All-Star. Formerly from Hamilton, Ohio, he now resides in Independence, KY. Still an active hitting coach for several area select teams in the Greater Cincinnati area. Love to see kids improve their game and get the next level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Age, skill level, what will be targeted, ie..hitting, fielding, mental approach to the game. Where training will be held. Can do online zoom training or in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4yrs of minor league playing experience. 7yrs hitting coach of Cincinnati Riverbats.

$60 per hour or $50 per hour for a once per month commitment. Call to discuss group rates.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching my own sons. One who was on the 1997 Hamilton High State Championship team. Then began my hitting coaching with the Riverbats with a grandson.

I work with all ages. 6u-college/pro
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Held a free clinic this summer with 40 kids from Gallatin County. Worked with the high school coach and several of their players
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be ready to learn, not all of what you will learn is physical. The mental approach to playing baseball is equally importiant to success
