- I am a young, energetic coach looking to engage with athletes to teach them how to optimize their development
- I don't just tell my athletes what to do but I MODEL the movements and skills as we work together in this process of improvement
- Each workout and session targets the specific needs of the athlete to become the best players they can be
- I guide my athletes in what they need to be working on apart from our lessons and show them drills and training methods to accommodate these needs
- I use video technology to help more advanced athletes understand their games by breaking down film and reviewing their game
- I offer strength and conditioning services to complement the basketball training as I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA
- I offer services to help them create highlight tapes and consult with them during the recruiting process
I enjoy working intentionally with each athlete and helping them understand the skills and practices they need to do to get to the next level. Every effort on and off the court is more than worth it when the athlete starts to believe in themselves and in the process of development. They begin to do things they never thought were possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Basketball Training
In our first session, I will run the player through an overall basketball workout to assess his or her skill level and provide helpful coaching tips during our drills. I will help the player get used to training at a high-intensity level, and we will work together to improve their skills while not letting the process become overwhelming.
Strength & Conditioning
I will collaborate with the client about their goals and resources, and we will construct the beginnings of a plan to get them on the right path. Every workout and exercise will be tailored to their needs and explained for their benefit. The programs are designed to empower these athletes to train smart and optimize their potential in their sport.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- 18 + years of playing and coaching experience
- USAB Licensed Coach
- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- CPR/AED Certified
