About
- Our training staff all has collegiate playing or professional coaching experience.
- We are able to train people from the age of three through professionals.
- All workouts are one hour and are in a very high energy, high rep and positive environment designed to maximize repetitions and build player confidence.
- All of our large group services (starting at the beginner class) feature ACES2 training which makes our players bigger, stronger, faster, and more fatigued.
- We have over 40 years of combined coaching/training experience, and we put our knowledge and expertiese together to create the best workouts for your child.
We love watching players grow and develop their skills, confidence, and character. Knowing that their hard work is paying off is some of the most rewarding parts of this work.

How did you get started teaching?
Each coach has their own story of how they started teaching and why they choose to give back.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students as young as 3 through the professional ranks.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Pay attention. It seems like everybody is claiming to be a basketball trainer these days. Watch a workout and look for these 4 areas:
- Experience and playing level.
- Ability to teach the game for your child where they are now and will be in the future.
- Energy and Attitude. Are the coaches positive? Are they energetic? Are they encouraging?
- Pay attention for good reps at game speed. Is your child waiting in lines or having to listen to coaches talk for way too long inside of their workout?
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1) Can they help you grow at your position?
2) What kind of knowledge and experience does this coach have?
3) Do they have the ability to help you with your weaknesses?
4) What area(s) of expertise does this coach have?
5) Are they training you to be successful today, or training you to be successful at your next level (Middle School, High School, or College)?
