Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know the player. See the dedication to working hard. See how hard I can push the player to reach its best talent. No just be a trainer but be a friend. Give good advice and help to guide the player on its baseball journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Got offered to play for the Minnesota twins at age 16. Played D1 baseball at Northwest Florida state. Have over 15 years of experience. Always been involved in sports and trainings. Know how to work players the right away. Have the ability to see what a player is missing and needs to improve on from the first lesson.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge 50 dollars an hour. The players can decide if they want to do as many lessons as they want a week. Also if they decide they want to do the whole package. Which is training 5 days a week. 3-4 hours a day and join out mme team and become part of the family they can. That'll be 300 a week.
How did you get started teaching?
I started training as soon as I finished college. Young players would come to me and ask for me to train them and help them get better. I've been doing this for two years now and I've decided to take it even more serious and make it my living. I enjoy helping others and push others to stay in a good path and try my best to help them reach their dreams which I once had.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with professional athletes. Athletes who have played D1 and D2 baseball in college. Young players ages from 6 years old and over also.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On the 2021 baseball draft one of my players names Luis Guerrero got selected to play for the Boston Red Sox on round 17. He is a pitcher who throws 100 mph. Also another of my players got signed as a free agent for the Boston Red Sox. His name is Jhonny Felix. He is a pitcher who throws 97 mph.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advice the student to make sure to read the reviews on the coaches and see what experience he/she has. Make sure that coach is willing to invest his/her time on the player to make sure the player is being trained to the max.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think about how do I get better. What do I need to do to improve on my abilities. What's the best way to focus and get myself to the next level.
