Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will get in contact with a prospective student, I will work with the client to confirm that the are getting the correct class and if a certifiation is need or no needed. At this point we will find a date and time that works best for them. On the date of class I will then travel to that studnets place of business to set up the appropriate class for their group of 6 or more (exceptions can be made)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We at Life Saving Education are dedicated to providing the best course at the best price possible, while we do have a standard pricing system, including discounts for groups. We will do our best to work out a price that will work for you. But it is important to remeber that when in comes to life and safety training you do get what you pay for.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I have always been told not to speak if i didnt have any positive to say, but a few things that goes along way,
1. Confirm that your class will be taught to the standard
2. Make sure that you actully do HANDS ON SKILLS!!
3. dont always belive what you read on a website
4. Make sure the card (certification) is valid, My training center recently had someone issue a altered certification, so make sure you go with a provider you can trust.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why are you taking the course, is it for work? what kind of work?
What level of certification do you need?
do you truly need a certification?
