Rob Van Petten Photographer
About
I am an experienced photographer and photo educator. Although I have primarily been a commercial fashion and beauty photographer, I have a grasp of many other styles.
I have taught at the Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts and was the director of the Photo Program.
I also have conducted numerous workshops on lighting, directing talent, Photoshop, portraits and fashion, color management, street shooting, landscape, and beginner level seeing.
I love teaching photography and helping students and established photographers learn to make the kind of pictures they aspire to create.
Although digital photography can be an intimidating technical challenge, I can break it down to it's simple elements and get started quickly.
