Turbo Spaulding
About
At the current moment
i am the head strength and conditioning coach for the Massachusetts Pirates which is a professional arena football team
i also work with the patriots for strength and conditioning as well
i mentor students in the Boston public school system while training them as well
i feel as if i bring a different type of training especially to the younger population where i not only teach them how to be a better athlete through specialized programming and workouts but we work on life skills as well and what’s to come in school and after school for example “college” if that is a goal
i also have a Instagram page called turbospaulding where i post a lot of my workouts
i played professional football for two years after graduating from Mount Ida college in 2016, where i had a flurry of honors over the four years ranging from all academic, all England honors, all American and many more
I love giving back to the community and being someone for the kids or whoever i train that i didn’t have growing up
