Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will have a student fill out my Client Questionnaire. Set a meeting with the student to go over their responses and goals. And then do an assessment to evaluate any compensations that they may have that we would need to correct first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always loved working out and started to notice how many people in the gym are doing exercises incorrectly. I knew that I couldn't just go to them without the proper knowledge. So I decided to get certified.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with a variety of ages. Anywhere from teenagers to senior citizens.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my clients wrote a testimonial for me that said he used to make excuses not to go to the gym, now he makes excuses to go to the gym.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure it is a good fit. There are a lot of trainers out there and you want to make sure that you are comfortable with them and that you feel like you would have a great support system.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have their goals be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Rewards-based, and Timeframe). This will help any trainer target what the client needs to do to reach their specific goals.
