About
Students learn how to be a better basketball player with strength training and conditioning with repetition.
Along with several skillets used to produce muscle memory and cognitive learning and increased IQ for the overall game play development.
I enjoy the fact that I still have the ability to share my learned skill set with those who want to learn and be better. It also gives me pride to see the improvement which develops and happens through the course of a time period.
