About
I have been an art teacher for over thirty years. I have taught high school level drawing, painting and design. I have also taught younger students and adult education classes in basic and advanced skills. During the pandemic i have discovered that some artists prefer online learning and I'm right there with them!
I love making art available to all people regardless of"talent." I actually do not believe in talent. Most drawing and painting is a set of skills any person can learn of they are motivated and putt in the time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will work one on one with any person who wants to set goals and work towards those goals. I will work with them to set reasonable and acheivable goals and am flexible as to their own pace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My thirty years of teaching asset in public schools and my continuing self development as an artist make me well qualified to help aspiring artists achieve their goals.
