About
I have over 20 years of experience as an artist, art teacher, and mentor. I worked as an Editor, Penciller and Writer for Marvel Comics for 10 years. I have taught art in public schools for another 10 years. I was trained in classical techniques, and blend that today with digital skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Versatility and Creativity are key. Technical skills can be easily taught, but the drive that separates someone who wants to make art, and someone who can't NOT make art is something that needs to be re-awakened through effort (as I believe every child is born with it, but learns how to quiet that call).
