About

Ryan Caulfield is an Assistant Coach at Division I Merrimack College, working with the outfielders and hitters. In 2025, he served as Hitting Coach for the New Britain Bees in the prestigious Futures Collegiate Baseball League, helping lead the team to the championship series.

At Clark University, Ryan was a three-year captain, All-Conference outfielder, and finished his career with a .330 batting average over 145 games. He also played two summers in the Futures League, one with the Nashua Silver Knights and one with the Westfield Starfires.

Ryan specializes in hitting development, and has a track record of working with some of the best coaches and players in the Northeast region.
