Hoop Vision Elite

Hoop Vision Elite is a Massachusetts-based youth basketball and mentorship organization dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes on and off the court. Founded and led by Coach Elvis Rodriguez and Coach Carl Stephens, a nationally recognized adaptive coach with over 15 years of experience, our program combines high-level basketball training with life-skills mentorship that teaches discipline, teamwork, and confidence.

We specialize in individualized player development using state-of-the-art GRIND shooting machines and game-speed drills designed to elevate each athlete’s performance. Our mission is simple — to help every player unlock their full potential, build character through sport, and become leaders in their communities.
