I am a professional artist, Member of many galleries and of the New Hampshire Art Association and the Copley Art society of Boston. I graduated from college in 1980. After painting for many years,my paintings were shown in Museums and many galleries. I decided to share my knowledge with the public and started teaching. My goal is not to have my students copy my work, but to guide them towards their chosen path. I believe in enhancing the student's technical ability and personal creativity. My classes are usually fun and relaxed. I give the students the choice to copy a master or painting of their choice and guide them through the process. They can use the media of their choice be it watercolor, drawing, acrylics or oils. I could have up to 9 students or one alone. I don't stress the need to be there every week, you can show up when you are free, just give me a heads up so I know what to expect. I could paint while you paint or give you a demo of my impressionistic way of painting if you get stuck. I only ask you to be professional too and let me know if interested or not and if not, why so I can adjust my lessons for the student's needs/ If you want to view my Art here is my website:www.marilenesawaf.com. But again, that is my personal style and I don't teach what I choose to do, I believe in you being your own self and creating your own art. I hope to meet you in the future if you love Art and want to be an Artist...PS I am also on Facebook,Lynkedyn Youtube and Twitter..just google my name and it will show up
