With a lifelong love for the game and an international background, Roddy brings energy, discipline, and a deep understanding of soccer to every training session. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he combines technical expertise with a strong emphasis on teamwork, character development, and confidence building.
Working with Coach Roddy means being part of a positive and supportive environment where every player is encouraged to reach their full potential. He focuses on developing fundamental skills, tactical awareness, and a strong work ethic while ensuring that training remains engaging and enjoyable. His coaching style emphasizes respect, communication, and personal growth, helping athletes not only become better players but also better individuals.
Roddy currently serves as an assistant coach for the Women’s Soccer Team at Gordon College, where he contributes to player development, match preparation, and fostering a competitive team culture. His experience at the collegiate level allows him to bring high-level training methods and mentorship to players of all ages and skill levels.
