TGK Athletics

The coaches for TGK are all AMAZING! We’ve been with them a year or so now! The time they put into our kids is just great! We absolutely love TGK! We’ve been with other AAU teams & none have a program that runs like there’s! We are a TGK family for life, til my kids can no longer be apart of it!!! My son looks forward to practices & games! Always asking to go early to practice! I also see this program taking over soon!!!

My son started w/ TGK a little over a year ago doing 1 on 1 workouts w/ Coach Kyle. I noticed an immediate improvement not only in my sons skill, but his confidence as well. Coach Kyle goes out of his way weather it’s rearranging his schedule to do a 1 on 1 workout w/ my son or even traveling to my town at times if available just to workout with my son! My son started going to the Grind Lab last spring to play for the AAU team for Coach D, Coach Kyle and other coaches. Between Coach Kyle, Coach D, and other coaches involved they made a major impact in my sons life on and off the court. They take time out for each kid to talk to them and coach them individually, not only as a team! Over the last couple weeks I’ve had multiple people message me privately about how impressed they are with how my sons game has evolved between skill, confidence, and even being a team leader in only a years time! I wish I could say I had a part in this, but he wouldn’t be anywhere near where he is now if it was for these guys and the TGK program! I would drive even further if I had to just to keep him involved here if I had to!

TGK is not just an AAU basketball organization. I realized this when I poked my head in on a summer camp and saw my son moving a 6 tire with one hand while dribbling with the other. The Grind Knows that to truly be good at basketball (or any sport), you fundamentally first have to have a base built on strength and agility. TGK also promotes more team type play as opposed to the solo gunning it type play you see from other AAU programs. I feel it is a special experience for the kids and highly recommend it.

Coach D, Kyle, and the whole staff at TGK Athletics have been a tremendous influence on my son Chandler. He’s only 5 years old, which can be a very tough age to coach and keep attention for a full hour. They have taught him basketball fundamentals, while pushing him to be a great all around athlete. If you are considering signing up your son or daughter, I highly recommend TGK!

My daughter Sage had the privilege of working with Kyle for the first time. He was great to identify some areas to focus on. Kyle’s style to break the drills down making sure the footwork was correct was extremely helpful. He ended the training with a focus of the next session. Thank you Kyle for your help and support. TGK has been amazing for my two kiddos. Coach D is awesome with the kids and we have been super impressed with their strength & conditioning at the Grind Lab. My kids love it and can’t wait to go back!! I’ve already seen so much improvement with both my children and I love the support Coach D gives them! Highly recommend TGK!
