My services come from a place to true understanding and empathy. For many years, I was physically active in dance, rock climbing, hiking, yoga, and more. I was still living a very unhealthy life in many ways. I became physically ill, physically disabled, for 6 years. I had to relearn to walk, learn an entirely new diet, and an entirely new lifestyle. Was it hard? Yes. Impossible? No. I didn’t have the support I am offering others. You are lucky. You do.
Now that I’m fully recovered, I’m here to help others change what it is about their lifestyles that need changing in a supportive way before they come to the state I was in. I do not judge. You have to be responsible for yourself and your actions. I offer guidance through Yoga, Meditation, and Life/Wellness Coaching to those who truly want to change thier lives. I will offer support when you need it. When you don’t need the support and just want a 1 to 1 session, I’m here for that too.
I’m not a therapist. Some find that refreshing. I’m not here to fix you. You have to do that for yourself, but I can help empower you to find a way to change the things you need to. I’m here to help you figure out where you want to go in life and how to get yourself there. I’ll happily guide and encourage you as a knowledge and support resource. I’m here to help you sort through the rough to find the diamond within you. Unless you just want to take a yoga or meditation class. I’m here for that too.

I’m a Yoga Allianced registered 200hr RYT yoga instructor. I’ve had focus and experience teaching different styles of Yoga and meditation. I’ve had a personal yoga practice for about 10 years. I studied Cultural Psychology at Arizona State University. I’m certified in CPR/AED/First Aid and suicide prevention. I work with all adults including active seniors. In addition to yoga, I also teach meditation, lead meditation groups, and am studying for a personal training certification. I also offer life coaching from a holistic, balanced perspective to assist with lasting lifestyle changes.
Standard pricing is sliding scale based on need. Yoga and meditation have separate prices. If all are incorporated into a coaching package, the price will change. Contact me for details.
I became a yoga/meditation/life guide by experiencing my own healing path. I finished physical therapy, water therapy, and began taking yoga classes again. It was then that I realized how therapeutic yoga truly is. I already had a regular meditation practice. I knew I wanted to help others in this way.
