Owling Dog Art Gallery LLC

Owling Dog Art Gallery LLC is a group of artists who believe beauty is not only found in obvious places, but in the most unusual ones. The gallery is owned by me, Catherine Savage. I am formally trained in painting and classical music. I am a former professional musician, singer and aerobic dance choreographer.

I really love finding beauty wherever I go. I cannot drive down a road without looking up at the sun shining through the trees or noticing the way clouds are lit in the morning light. I see photo opportunities at every turn, whether I am in an impoverished part of the city or in a lovely God-given landscape. I can find beauty in an old, rusty nail or a beautiful horse. You can, too, if you open your eyes.

I have more than 20 years teaching experience that includes dedactic as well as movement learning. I have a BS in physiology of exercise and a BS and MS in nursing. I am a former professional musician. I enjoy design and decorating, my hobbies include remodeling homes and building small projects.
