Hey there! I'm Julian Snyder and I'm excited to offer music lessons right here in Somerville and online. With a Bachelor's degree in Music from Hamilton College and over 15 years of experience in the music industry, I've had the honor of performing alongside acts such as Aminé, Iyaz, Lowertown, Andrew Savage, Easy Honey, Weakened Friends, and many more.
As a seasoned multi-instrumentalist proficient in bass (electric and upright), drums, piano, and guitar, I bring a versatile repertoire spanning rock, funk, jazz, blues, and folk styles. My approach to teaching is characterized by a passion for music and a commitment to fostering an exploratory learning environment. I aim to help you find continuous improvement and joy in making music. Cause that's what music's for!
