    Frequently asked questions

Our first session is an assessment of your current skills.  Then and introduction to our training style.  We will warm up and do various drills to accomplish this goal.  At the end of the session you will be given a general assessment of what we see as areas that need improvement and what the training plan should be going forward.

13 Years coaching and teaching youth sports.  Football, Basketball, Soccer as well as multi sport formats and games.

Prices vary depending on sport but most sessions fall between $55 - $75.

My coaching journey began with my own son.  As I taught in school and coached in Pop Warner I discovered this is what I wanted to do with my life.

High to low skill levels of all ages.  My emphasis is about getting better every day and making a commitment to the training.

I recently had a girls fall soccer program who had not won any games or scored any goals before training with me.   Working with them twice a week they ended up having a wining season and became one of the top scoring teams in their league.

Make sure your committed to doing your part.

What their goal is.  Where they are lacking.  Where their strengths are.
